I am so released. Now I know I can heal. I am learning that when facing any challenge, there is always something we can do to soften our path towards its best resolution. The first thing is to remember that if we want to find true balance, we need to care for the whole of our being, which means taking into account our whole body, mind, spirit, and emotions. We need to work on every area, especially on those that have been neglected or ignored for a long period of time.
There are infinite techniques we can use to reach all of our sides. Positive affirmations can help us release negativity and set ourselves to overcome all kind of fears and self-destructive mind patterns. Surrounding ourselves with loving people will also improve our life's perspective and we can easily attract that loving ambient by learning to be kind towards ourselves and others. Letting go of tension and giving ourselves permission to receive support from others will also help us flow with life and be open to all the opportunities that bring us closer to our self-satisfaction. We can also ease this perspective shift by choosing well what we read, listen or watch: the more gentle and uplifting the creation, the better for our health since positivity tends to raise our vibration and open up our receptivity to absorb as much healing energy as possible.
Visualisation is also a marvelous tool to open up to receive all the good that comes to us and let go of all the worries that stop us from walking forward. We can imagine ourselves returning all our inner wounds and struggles to the earth with gratitude for their teachings, or releasing all the negative perspectives we have absorbed from others that are not even ours. We can even cut the cords with all the energies that do not serve our life by imagining we are "cutting" them with a movement of our hands in the air at the one or several areas we would have the strings if there were real ropes tying our bodies to those disturbing feelings, for example.

Diet and exercise, which might seem obvious for some or unimportant for others, are, in fact, key areas when caring for ourselves. Making sure we are kind to our body by feeding it with the best products from Mother Earth and exercising all our muscles regularly is a way to thank it for carrying our ethereal self through our physical journey, while enhancing our mood and wellbeing to continue working on all our projects in our best shape. The diet that works best for me is a combination of raw food veganism with other cooked organic products. I am still figuring it out and I don't want to be too strict yet since I am pregnant and still breastfeeding my two years old son. And the exercise that works best in my case is putting some music on and dance, as well as going for walks alone with some music in my ears. Those two easy and inexpensive techniques act miracles to my whole self almost instantly. They are my favorite moments and work as active meditation to me, so I end up having the best ideas during those exercises.
I am also learning to speak my truth with as much kindness and respect as possible, without imposing it on others. When I sense someone feels uncomfortable with some of my opinions, I just stop bringing that concrete subject to the table with that person because I prefer to avoid unnecessary conflicts that would not benefit anyone anyway. Unless that person is expressing her will to hear other points of views in a non-judgemental way, I rather not open myself up in front of blocked responses.
Since I am a very sensitive person, I pick up very easily on the negative attitudes towards what I say or do, and I really do not like feeling judged in a negative way—especially if the "judge" has a significant role in my life with an authoritative attitude and I've had enough past failed experiences to know that there is no way to find consense through dialogue in the short term. When I sense that person misjudging my being, I start to feel the air gets thicker, my body reacts with a fight or flight response, and I fly away to deal with it in a more intimate space where I feel safe. I am still working to take those negative perceptions in a less personal way, but I don't want to expose myself in those arenas if I still don't know how to protect my integrity when feeling unfairly treated. I prefer to openly express my opinions through the net, so anyone interested in them can freely check them out in my creative explorations I share in my blogs or through youtube, without having to feel any invasive energy too close to my sensitivity. As a pregnant mum with two young children—three in a couple of weeks—facing and overcoming very intense life challenges in the best possible way, I now feel self-compassionate enough to avoid any harmful scenarios I am able to prevent.

One of the last things I have tried is a healing session with a therapist that uses the Human Givens approach to help her clients deal with their inner struggles, and I loved it. She is the one who has helped me link that disproportionate "fight or flight" response towards nuisance with the intense daily schedules I had during my childhood—and many years after that, as a learned habit— always involving some kind of controlling and authoritative figure, which would not leave any room for my rest, creativity or out-of-the-box way of thinking. The therapist has also helped me find some tools that can guide me to recover my natural state of balance when facing situations that trigger those anxious feelings. I am just starting to use them. I had heard a lot about the Human Givens, I even participated in one of their courses, but now that I have tried their approach on myself with a trained therapist, I can already sense how well this method works on me. I am so grateful. You can find out more about their approach on their website: https://www.hgi.org.uk
I have also been reading a lot lately and here are some of the authors I have encountered that are inspiring me through this inner voyage which is healing my life in such pleasurable manners: Sonia Choquette, Louise Hay, Julia Cameron, Bernie Siegel, Joe Griffin, Ivan Tyrrel, Alana Fairchild, Doreen Virtue, Daniel Odier, Thich Nhat Hanh, Chris Wark, Rassouli and Mulla Nasrudin, among others that I am still getting to know.
To put it briefly, I have concluded that letting ourselves freely explore our creativity in any subject of our interest is an amazing treat that brings joy, pleasure, balance, health, confidence, abundance, and expansion into our lives. So remember not to let anyone convince you that something is impossible or incurable and don't let their own blocks and limitations stop you from fulfilling your deepest wills.
I believe we are all here for a reason, and that following our true path will only bring joy to our lives for the benefit of the whole world and that your inner guides will help you grow to the best version of yourself while fulfilling your life's purpose. Nevertheless, it is up to your inner perspective to share this vision with me or not since there is not only one way to embrace reality. You just need to find the one that best serves your experience.

I really wish my experiences can help as many people as possible deal with their own struggles while enjoying their healing processes. Thank you all so much for reading my reflections. I send you lots of love to continue walking your own way along your journey. See you all along the road towards our highest good.
