How to find what you are looking for

First, you have to believe that what you are seeking exists and that it is somewhere to be found. If you doubt it or you are sure that you won't see it, then you end up not really trying and looking for it only superficially without really being engaged in that search. Besides, when you are convinced that something is there, that it might be hiding behind something or that your mind might not be focused enough to see it even though it is in the most obvious place, then you start really looking for itemptying drawers, lifting objects, moving furniture...and then, you are more likely to find it, frequently because while you are doing physical efforts putting everything upside down and upside up again you are more likely to let go of your mental attention, letting your mind flow and letting inner guidance step in to help you remember where to look or how to proceed. And the best part of it is that after a deep search, you might also be rewarding yourself with some very satisfying mind clearing and house cleaning, and finding so many other things you needed as well.

This approach can also be used when trying to find answers or better ways of responding to all kind of dilemmas without ending up using the old patterns that are obsolete or have been uncountable times proved to be useless or even harmful for humans, like prejudgments, hate, exclusion, isolation, oppression, irrational fear or violence.

It is also useful to remember that strict rules were only made for beginners, as they settle clear boundaries when you start exploring a new area of knowledge, but once you are familiar with the field you are more secure to handle the complexity of reality, you start seeing exceptions, nuances, variables, gaps and can begin to imagine alternatives and better ways of dealing with the different objects involved.

In fact, although strict rules might be necessary at the beginning, every true seeker knows that flexibility of mind, imagination, intuition, and testing are indispensable to continue learning, growing, finding new data and getting closer to the Truth. And in order to let imagination and intuition take control, we need to find ways to help our mind let go and be flexible. Furthermore, it is essential to learn how to be comfortable with mistakes because they are unavoidable and are also the foundation that will help us test and escalate through any research, and validate reliable results.

So, never again be discouraged or overwhelmed by a loss, mistake or enigma, instead, find a healthy way to calm down and step backby doing some useful or creative handcraft, exercising, meditating or even taking a nap, let your Higher Self activate all the connections in your brain so you can actually hear what she is trying to communicate, and then, once you hear it, take action.

In the end, this is why troubles are here for, to give us the opportunity to use the 100% of our conscious and unconscious resources in a deep exploration that might become a highly rewarding experience and that could also trigger us to the next level of our own life journey.

Thanks all for being here and I hope to hear more brain connections soon. Lots of Love.
